Cursorwiz is a free online web application for creating and testing custom cursors and icons. You can: - Pick a color from the color circle or from the grid with the colored squares. Draw transparent by clicking the pencil with the checks at the tip. Draw with a thick or thin line by clicking on the pencil. Use the Stamps to build up patterns on the drawing grid. Set Hotspot (The part of the cursor that you click with) between 1and 32. Upload an image to use as a Cursor (jpeg or png only). Download the cursor in Cursor file format or as a Desktop icon.
VERY IMPORTANT: your browser MUST have Microsoft Silverlight to be able to use this app, there is a download link on the page for Silverlight.
