download web site opinions problem?
NetLogo is a cross-platform, multi-agent, programmable modeling environment for simulating natural and social phenomena. NetLogo is particularly well suited for modeling complex systems developing over time. Modelers can give instructions to hundreds or thousands of "agents" all operating independently. This makes it possible to explore the connection between the micro-level behavior of individuals and the macro-level patterns that emerge from the interaction of many individuals. NetLogo is simple enough that students and teachers can easily run simulations or even build their own. And, it is advanced enough to serve as a powerful tool for researchers in many fields.

Zotero is an easy-to-use yet powerful research tool that helps you gather, organize, and analyze sources (citations, full texts, web pages, images, and other objects), and lets you share the results of your research in a variety of ways. Zotero integrates tightly with online resources; it can sense when users are viewing a book, article, or other object on the web, and—on many major research and library sites—find and automatically save the full reference information for the item in the correct fields. Since it lives in the web browser, it can effortlessly transmit information to, and receive information from, other web services and applications; since it runs on one's personal computer, it can also communicate with software running there

download web site opinions problem?
FlowWatch Shock Wave Reflections provides numerical solutions of shock wave reflections over a cone or a wedge for any incident shock Mach number, and for any wedge angle or the semi-apex angle of the cone, on just one click. The Software is based on a robust computational fluid dynamics (CFD) module. The CFD module integrates the compressible Euler equations using an up-to-date high-resolution technique, and its computational efficiency is enhanced by a solution-adaptive grid technique (VAS2D). The Software is supported by a powerful post-processing module that allows on-time control of the visualization of intermediate numerical results during integrating the Euler equations.

Evolve is an artificial life simulator, this software lets you create new simulations, watch the creatures evolve and even interact with them in 3D game mode. It is a mixture of Conway's "LIFE" and "Core Wars", each organism has a genetic program which controls its behavior. The program has all the normal types of instructions you would expect from a programming language: flow control, arithmetic, subroutines, and so on. But, there are also special primitives for interacting with the universe. Such as EAT, LOOK, GROW, MOVE, MAKE-SPORE.

Advanced Pathway Painter (APP) is a freeware program that visualizes pathways (KEGG, GenMAPP, BioCarta). The user has the possibility to display any kind of quantitative data from gene and protein experiments (e.g. microarrays from affymetrix) directly within the pathways (colours represent the value). The linking between the pathway items and the experiment data is done over the gene or protein names and their accession numbers. Furthermore the user has a quick overview on the gene/protein with the collected links in the web-interface (direct links).   » more info, screenshot
