» Mosaic Picture 1.0 download web site opinions problem?

Mosaic Picture is a simple program for making mosaics from your picture collections. Originally, I designed this program for making a birthday gift and then I found it very useful for making a memorial picture. Hope that you enjoy this software, it is easy to use with only 4 simple steps. Click on the "Add Photo" button and select the pictures that will be the mosaic fragments - thumbnails will be created from them and shown in the fragment list. In most cases, 300~500 pictures are enough. Click the "Compose" button and select the preferred size of the mosaic. Select a picture as the main image that the mosaic will be built on (there are some tips on my home page). i2sm creates music files from image files allowing you to 'hear' images. There are millions of possible colors on most computers and the main thing i2sm does is translate those millions of colors into 128 possible notes. i2sm is capable of making some interesting songs. Images on computer screens are composed of dots of light called pixels. When i2sm begins analyzing an image, it starts at the coordinates specified in the StartX and StartY boxes. From that point it spirals out in a clockwise spiral analyzing pixels as it goes. It analyzes the hue (color), the saturation (intensity) and the brightness of each pixel then i2sm translates that information into a note and adds it to the song file. Once its done the analysis phase it saves a temporary copy of the song file then loads Windows Media Player to play back the song. You can also select what text the image will be comprised of. You can enter any text, and have characters selected either randomly or sequentially.
