| AutoHotkey is a free, Open-Source utility for Windows. It has four primary features: 1) automating repetitive tasks, 2) creating hotkeys for keyboard, mouse, joystick, and handheld remote controls. 3) expanding abbreviations as you type, 4) creating custom data entry forms, user interfaces, and menu bars. AutoHotkey's secondary features include:- changing soundcard settings; using a joystick or keyboard as a mouse; remapping keys; launching programs/documents; making any window transparent, always-on-top, or altering its shape; manipulating the clipboard; customizing the tray menu's icon and menu items; displaying dialog boxes to interact with the user; running existing AutoIt v2 scripts; and converting any script into an EXE file that can be run on any computer. NOTE: abbreviation expansion and mouse button hotkeys require NT/2000/XP.
