WebTime 2000 by Gregory Braun Business and Productivity → Date and Time Management → Time Synchronizers

This is an excellent time synchronizer. I used it for years, though ultimately I replaced it with DSClock:

DSClock adds a digital clock which resides on your desktop, fully configurable in colors, font, and displayed time/date format. It can be scheduled to update your computer clock periodically, and works very nicely.
However, if you don't want a desktop clock, WebTime works very well indeed!!
