BitPim is a program that allows you to view and manipulate data (phonebook, calendar, ringtones, wallpaper) on many CDMA phones from LG, Samsung, Sanyo and other manufacturers. This includes the PhoneBook, Calendar, WallPapers, RingTones (functionality varies by phone) and the Filesystem for most Qualcomm CDMA chipset based phones....

Will this BitPem work with USB cable And LG CU400 to PC for photo transfer?

NO Herman it's a DATA manipulation program not graphics. Check out the author's extensive information/help here.

Check your phone manual for information on transferring photos.
