PhoneMe Easy converts a phone number into a meaningful word (phone mnemonics). Instead of remembering the meaningless sequence of digits you can easily remember the phone 'word'. Afterwards, just type the word on your phone and you will get your phone number....

It doesn't accept a nine or ten digit number, and doesn't say what length it does accept. Grrr. It accepts seven digits, but I tried three and either it couldn't find any word combinations or it did nothing at all. Hard to tell. Anyway, it doesn't work.
