Password Prank by RJL Software, Inc. Desktop → Pranks
Password Prank will have you laughing in your chair. This program displays a fake, but very realistic, password box to the user. No matter what key the user presses, it starts typing in its own password....

Of course it does, no AV program likes pranks!!!!!
Pranks do things programs shouldn't do - like take over a function of your computer. Everyone is paranoid about stuff like that so any good AV program is going to scream a warning.
BUT
I'll bet it didn't give you a valid trojan name + type + version that you could do a Google search on to get FULL info as to what it is & does. I'll bet all you got was a general warning with a generic trojan name & *that's* known as a 'false positive'
Also, RJL Software is a reputable company that has been around for years. We have a lot of their pranks & their utility programs listed.
