Desktop → Desktop Management → Start Menu Utilities

Tidy Start Menu allows you to arrange all the shortcuts in the Start Menu. Your Start Menu looks neat, and you can easily and quickly find any program you want. The program categorizes the Menu, Internet programs can be put into the "Internet" category, games can be included in the "Games" category and so on....

love it best i have seen does the same as vista start menu only better and with out takepng the whole screen all the time(you have one big screen for making changes other wise it runs on normal start menu)
