PC wallpaper is an image file, a picture. Nobody should download unknown .exe files with who-knows-what in them to wallpaper their screen. Copy a favourite picture to C:\WINDOWS, done. Available in Display Properties for use.

My bad for assuming everyone knows to RIGHT-click on a wallpaper to download it!
The link you found ONLY works in Internet Explorer & it's the screensaver download link!
However, it also offers a browser toolbar install so I've added the following warning to our listing.
Select your screen size for your chosen wallpaper then RIGHT-click on the wallpaper image and click on "Set as background/Set as Desktop background".
Note: if you are using Internet Explorer & you click the image an advertising download window opens & offers other downloads plus the screensaver so BE CAREFUL!
