MyFolder Free  by Horizon Software
Desktop → Cosmetic Tools → Icon Tools

MyFolder Free adds a sub-menu of folder icons to the right click menu. The appearance of any of the icons listed can be changed, changing the shape and color of the folders makes working in Windows easier and faster....
