PrettyRun is a great, easy-to-use launcher for anything on your PC. Just type a few letters and PrettyRun shows a list of files in your Start Menu, Desktop, or any other places you specify. You can create your own custom commands, and even use it for Web searches and addresses....

I've tried many "launcher" programs, and I always return to this one. It does everything I like: It's simple, fast, compact, and reliable. It shows your shortcut's actual locations. It even lets you right-click shortcuts to open their Properties (handy for updating version numbers, etc.). Check it out!
