I ran this setup on 64-bit Vista---but though it appeared to install properly, no screensavers were added to my system. (The uninstaller seemed to work okay---at least it removed the Start Menu shortcuts!)

I tried contacting the author about this, but there is no contact info on his website or his setup package. Strange...

ander ALL versions of Vista are picky & I think you're going to find that a LOT of programs won't install/run on 64 bit Vista, they just aren't made to run that fast. You may like to read this article.

Also, this program was written for the .NET framework version 2. It is possible that the author did not, (or maybe did not understand how to) make it run with other versions of the framework. There's plenty of information available about this issue on Google.

As to contacting the author: freeware is not only free, it usually comes 'as is' & is frequently unsupported. A lot of freeware authors create programs for their own use or as part of a learning process, this is especially true of the .NET framework. They then put the programs out as freeware with no intentions of developing them any further &, if their time is limited, do not provide contact information.
