PictSave is a Window's screen saver that displays a random collage pulled from serveral image pools. It will optionally run those images through a set of random filters and effects before displaying them at a random place and size. PictScale's features: Images; Filters; Raster Ops; Effects; Toys; and Wipes are described in detail on the home page....
