This Dielectric Test software was written to create, download, and store test parameters required for the testing of insulation using a Sefelec Dielectric unit to test ground continuity and current leakage. Program download in this version is effected via a IEEE card interface. Up to 3 Test units may be controlled via the software and setting the Primary Address of Device....
