Certificate Maker lets you create great certificates, use them to encourage the kids for everything from taking out the garbage to passing exams. Note: the certificates download as PDF files & you will need the free Adobe Reader to be able to personalize the certificate before printing it. Other PDF readers may not allow you to edit the files....

This is only free when used online with a choice of 4 templates.
Not a download. Should not be in this list, or categorized as an "on-line only" tool.

BP we haven't listed this as a *program* for download, you select your certificate template & download the PDF file (i.e. save it!) to your hard drive, open it, personalize it, print it.
There are a lot more than the 4 templates on the link page. In fact those are NOT templates they are LINKS to the categories "Espanol; Fun; Smilie: Best in". There are 16 sections in the Fun category alone & there are 10 templates in the Fun-School section. I didn't bother to count the rest ;)
