Before I listed this program I found the actual download links & test-started the download from all *four* of them!
It was *tortuous* to get to them I agree & I *thought* I had successfully linked to the page they were on so that everyone would have a *choice* of link to download from. Unfortunately the *page* link can redirect so here are a couple of direct download links...

UPDATE 2011:
I have changed our download link to File Hippo where you can find downloads for ALL versions of this program!
Attempting to get to the download from the author's page is a frustrating exercise in following successive links that redirect to yet another huge information page. Assuming you have avoided all the (deliberately?!) misleading ad download links along the way, you might eventually find the download link but it will be more by luck & determination than judgement!
My *personal* opinion, for what it's worth... *I* cannot see ANY good reason for annoying people like this. I assume they are trying to get people to click on their ads (most of which are to an expensive video converter) but I think it is very stupid & reflects badly on everyone connected with the program.
