Perfect BUT absolutely no CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) support. Almost 70% percent of all websites use it and websites that use it look like crap in Off By One

OB1 browser is really great. It is more adaptable than other "biggies". I like using it.

OB1 does not appear to support JavaScript, at least when I tested it on my website it would only show the HTML scripted parts.

Probably the only browser that works properly with my 486DX2 with 8MB memory and WIN95 !!!!!!!!
