jfc	# Posted: 15 Sep 2009 22:11 Reply this program does absolutely nothing. Does not change the wallpaper. Does not show any RSS feeds. Icon in the tray is visible but nothing else. Could be my PC but who can say, there is no forum or help on the homepage.
Dee Member	# Posted: 16 Sep 2009 02:52 Reply jfc This is a listing from 2005 & there have been no changes to either the program version (2.1) or the download file size (3.1 M). The last update to the author's site is 2006. All of that predates XP service pack 3 & Vista so both could have problems. Also there's lots of information, it's just not called 'help' ;-) Maybe you didn't see the note on the download page - Chaos Wallpaper does not require installation, simply copy it to the hard drive to run. All options are available from the program icon when running in the taskbar. You do have to set it up! There is a "ReadMe" text file included in the download & there is more information in the links at the bottom of this page.
