The Dynamic Link Library, JRTalk.dll, regulates the communication between my freeware programs, Serf or XL-Plot, and a program that you may have created in Visual Basic, Media Cybernetics IP+ script or in C. It also gives access to a part of the Serf/XL-Plot math library....
