System Utilities → File Management → Other File Managers

A file monitor for NT (duh) and Win2K, allows the inclusion or exclusion of files / file types, and reporting on what has happened. Useful for watching installs, and generally what is happening on your system, you can also watch the file activity on other NT machines on your network. It hasn't been tested on XP but I would expect it to work since XP is based on the Windows 2000 kernel....
