Bootdisk.Com  by Ed Jablonowski
System Utilities → Disks HDD and Storage → Boot Disks

Bootdisk.Com is the first and original bootdisk download site - All dos and Windows disks come with universal CDrom drivers. The custom disks created by us have more utilities and load ten times quicker than the OEM disks....

If you mean install Windows XP, you need to do that before installing Ubuntu as Windows XP is a pain when trying to get it to install on a partition (tends to want to hijack the entire drive).

On the subject of bootdisk.com itself, it should be noted that not everything on the site is free ....... for example;

"Windows XP Fresh Install Bootdisk And Bootable CD"

leads to;

http://bootdisk.com/popfiles.htm
