UltraShredder shreds files by overwriting them 199 times with random characters, saving it to disk each time, and then bypasses the recycle bin. If the file were to be recovered by a restoration program, they would only be able to
see unintelligible characters on disk where the file used to be. The program is very small
with a minute memory footprint, and makes no changes to your system whatsoever....
