We're not the authors of the programs we list & we don't have the resources to download, install, or review ANY of them. We're not really the best people to ask about a specific problem like this.
We don't list any of the Omniquad products, none of them are freeware. I assume you're referring to their "Home User AntiVirus. It looks to be extremely agressive & aims to clean everything - virus, trojans, worms, spyware, emails, & anything else it THINKS is bad!

Ummmm run it once, copy the info, after that why would you care if it gets deleted or won't run?!?!?
