System Utilities → File Management → Synchronization

DSynchronize is a stand-alone utility that lets you periodically synchronize two or more folders in a LAN (also works with UDF-CD-DVD, USB Keys etc.) Real-Time sync is available or you can specify the time and the day on which the sync should run, and also create some filters. There is an option to add the date and time of the sync to the name of the folder to obtain a series of backups, classified by date and time....
