Free Registry Cleaner is a freeware product, this means that you can download and use it for free. Anyway we will appreciate contributions:
CNet's listing says "No limitations" & their editor's review says nothing about any registration.
The only thing I could find was comments about the program's nag screen for donations. Are you confusing a nag screen for donations with a requirement for registration perhaps? Admittedly nag screens are annoying BUT they don't stop the program being freeware ;)

That's a NAG SCREEN!! OK so the author would like you to make a donation & the nag screen is a pain but the program IS free.

This program works pretty good but it's only good for a one time use and after that they want you to pay for it. Where can I get one thats good and really free?

NO doolde it carries on working BUT it starts with an annoying nag screen!

Well, I downloaded it and they're right, it's just a nag screen. Just press skip. I've used it hundreds of times without a problem or having to pay.

OK! So there's a nag screen. But HOW DOES IT PERFORM? Is this going to ruin my computer, or cause any problems, or is it worth the download??

If you do proper backups FIRST you can usually try any program safely but, if you're that nervous DON'T USE IT!
Just remember, other people's opinions are only a GUIDE - they don't have the identical computer setup that you do or the identical programs installed - what works for others may not work for you, what works for you may not work for others.

This program worked great. Found 800 errors. Clicked one button to fix them all. Worked great. Would recommend

I've used it on about 15 different machines (after having skipped the nag screen) and it has worked extremely well without having been paid for.

I've been using this neat little program for over a year now...i run it every couple of months and it works great. No yo do not have to pay for it if you don't want to. When the program starts it does put up the nag screen. just click on skip and go on about your business of using the program.

You guys are right. This is a great little registry cleaner. it's not as fancy as some or has all the bells and whistles of others. But it's free! and it works great. In fact I'm so pleased with it I may send then a contribution.
