System Utilities → System Tools → Memory

Instant Memory Cleaner is a front-end for Microsoft's command line ClearMem tool which forces pages out of physical memory and reduces the size of running processes' working sets, to a minimum. Instant Memory Cleaner is more effective and with better results when the paging file is at least as large as the system's physical memory....

It reduced my memory consumption by almost 50%. I couldn't believe it.
