Attribute Changer by Romain Petges
System Utilities → File Management → Change File Attributes
Drop read only attributes from CD copy operations; Synchronize date and time stamps on files and folders; Compress files and folders; Alter every possible attribute; and lot more powerful operations. Attribute Changer is a power user tool and as such you should be aware of damages that could arise due to inappropriate use of the software....

Time/Date Accessed does not seem to work with XP SP3. The file system registers property change, but the "time accessed" is time now.

Worked first time; then spontaneously rebooted my system (XP SP2). Worrying! Then crashed my system each time I used it... Deleted the program.
