System Utilities → System Tools → Shell Enhancements

CopyPath is a shell extension, it puts an item in the right-click menu that allows you to copy to the clipboard the full path name for a selected file in Windows Explorer....

Very simple yet convenient.

I use this all the time. Great for copying links from folders into file browser windows.
