System Utilities → File Management → Detect File Changes

Last Changed Files finds the 100 recently changed files gives you the following information - file name, full folder path, file size and date of last change. You can search your entire hard drive, select another drive or a specific directory (including subdirectories) and define an exclude list of folders which will not be scanned....
