Magical Glass is a nice magnifier that moves with the cursor, in the settings it is also possible to replace the cursor with the magnifier. It is good for editing pixels in graphic editors, examining small details or too-small text, it has hot keys, a dynamic zoom, brightness and size control and the ability to save screenshots to the clipboard....
