System Utilities → File Management → Synchronization

Sync Last Files is a simple but very useful synchronization utility that can synchronize only files which were modified in the past few days. You can have two folders on two computers, when you make some changes in one of these folders you can call Sync Last Files for synchronization. It will copy only the modified files which greatly helps to synchronize big folders....
