System Utilities → File Management → Batch Processing

Text to File Renamer, is stand-alone, small, easy to use program which allows you to rename any number of files, all with their own unique titles in one go. Files are dragged and dropped onto the left display window, whilst the intended rename titles are typed, pasted, or their text file dropped onto the right display window, after which the Rename button is pressed to complete the process....
