System Utilities → Security → Encryption

With Turbine the plain text bytes are XOR combined with a pseudo-random cipher bit stream and transformed by a block cipher, Salted hash. The suffix is freely selectable so that nobody can see later that the Target file is an encrypted one. Options allow you to choose a manual key or a key-file....
