Alvo is a tiny stand alone DOS program that can Encrypt/Decrypt any kind of files with a very safe and fast csprng (cryptographically secure pseudo-random number generator) algorithm. This application uses 2158 possible keys to create a very elegant and strong algorithm. Download Alvo and unzip it to a directory with the files you want to Encrypt/Decrypt....
